Kathy has been a compassionate animal lover all her life.
Working as a Veterinary Assistant for over 20 years was a wonderful and rewarding career and she loved going to work every day to be part of the healing of sick animals.
Later, as a stay-at-home Mom, she learned the art of Bookkeeping through many courses and enjoyed her second career with her own business as an “on-call Bookkeeper”, helping out mostly small business owners. She is semi-retired now and is happy to devote some of her time to Don Cherry’s Pet Rescue Foundation. Keeping the books that help so many animals and Rescue Organizations in need is a truly rewarding experience.
She looks forward to a long involvement with this Foundation.
